Week 13 Reading Reflection

This week's reading explored the valuation of entrepreneurial ventures. I wasn't confused by this per se, but I had never really heard the term "due diligence" in a sentence before, so that was interesting to understand that it's just an analysis of all things business related to entrepreneurial ventures. I was surprised however at all the different checklists and charts for performing due diligence. If I could ask the author two questions, I would ask what exactly is the adjusted tangible book value and to give a less complicated example than that in the book. I would also like to know more purposes of letters of intent, rather than the three small ones specified. All these methods seemed legit, so I don't really disagree with the author on anything because I have no further knowledge of them.
